Period Garments
The Malden Historical Museum boasts an extensive collection
of period garments and accessories from the 1900s, along with a beautiful shawl
from the 1800s. The bride, groom and bridesmaid garments pictured here were
worn at the wedding of John Shidler Kochtitzky and Jennie Belle Smith
Kochtitzky of Malden, whose wedding ceremony took place October 10, 1883, in
Masonville, New York.
